How do I place an online order? We recommend that you first contact us before making any purchase on our website.
3. Delivery
What is the delivery time? The delivery time can depend on several factors. For example, if the jewelry is available in the showcase, delivery could be made within 10 days. However, if it’s a custom order, it may take up to a month from the order date.
Do you deliver internationally? It is possible to have your jewelry/purchases delivered internationally within 10 to 15 days depending on your country of residence.

When will I be refunded after canceling an order? The amount of your purchase will be refunded within 30 days following the cancellation notice. However, we reserve the right to charge restocking fees and any other costs we may have incurred in connection with your order or cancellation.

Is it possible to have my jewelry repaired in case of damage or wear? It is possible to have your jewelry purchased from Ravior repaired. In case of damage or wear, you can contact us first. Our artisans will then ensure the repair of your jewelry.
How can I take care of my jewelry? You can clean your jewelry with a piece of cloth and store them in a safe place. Limit contact with chemicals.
